Bama Campground is Located in Double Springs, Alabama. We are Northwest Alabama’s Ultimate Camping Getaway Destination, with RV hookups and many sites for primitive camping. Set on 86 acres and located directly beside the Bankhead National Forest, Our Campground has many trails to explore the forest on foot… just beware of “Big Foot”, of which there have been many sightings.
Bama Campground is conveniently located only 15 minutes from Smith Lake, 25 minutes from Haleyville, 30 minutes from Jasper, an hour from Muscle Shoals, and an hour and 20 minutes from the Huntsville Space & Rocket Center.
